You have 4 hours to complete payment after an auction on BidZoo. You can re-try checkout if a payment fails anytime within this window.
Automatic payment happens if you don't checkout within 3 hours, if your payment fails due to a bank decline or insufficient funds, you will get an immediate notification. You will then have 1 final hour to update your card info or switch to a different card if needed.
If you need to change your payment method, just log into your account, head to your Account Settings, and select Payment and Payout option to update your preferred card.
What happens if the 4 hours pass without payment?
- The order is automatically cancelled so the seller can relist the item.
- All bids are binding, to protect our sellers, the system automatically disables accounts that accumulate two or more unpaid items.
We know bank errors can happen unexpectedly. If your card was declined in error or you ran into a technical issue, please contact BidZoo Support right away so we can help you get it sorted out.
