All bids placed on BidZoo are binding, bids cannot be canceled or retracted. Once you win an item, you are required to complete the payment when the auction ends.
After the auction ends, you will be redirected to checkout. You can get to the cart at anytime by clicking on the cart icon in the main menu or going to the orders page, unpaid section. In the cart, select the items you want to pay for, choose your shipping address and payment method, and complete checkout. You can pay for multiple items together or check out separately if using different shipping addresses or payment methods.
Payment must be completed within 3 hours of winning. If payment is not completed, we will attempt to charge the payment method on file after 3 hours. If the charge fails, you will be notified by email and have 1 additional hour to update your payment method and complete checkout. If payment is still not completed, the item will be canceled.
