1. Order Confirmed
Once payment goes through, the order status updates to Paid. Sellers have up to 7 days to ship the item and add a valid tracking number.
2. Seller Ships the Order
When the seller ships your item:
The status changes to Shipped.
A tracking link and a Confirm Delivery button will appear on your order page.
Tracking updates will sync automatically through our system.
3. If the Seller Does NOT Ship
To maintain a reliable marketplace, we enforce a strict timeline for unshipped items:
Day 3: Seller receives a reminder email.
Day 5: Seller receives a final notice email.
Day 7: The order is automatically cancelled, and you receive a full refund.
Note: To ensure a great buyer experience, sellers who fail to fulfill an order on two separate occasions will have their selling access removed.
4. Delivery & 3-Day Inspection Window
Once tracking shows the package has arrived, the status changes to Delivered. You have exactly 3 days from delivery to inspect your items and either:
Click Confirm Delivery to release funds to the seller, or
Report any issues to BidZoo Support right away.
Important: If no action is taken within 3 days, the system automatically confirms the delivery and releases the funds. Disputes or refunds cannot be opened after this window closes.
5. Stuck Tracking Updates
If tracking stalls (e.g., stuck on "label created" or missing scans), please message the seller first so they can check with the carrier.
If there is still no tracking update after 7 business days:
BidZoo will cancel the order and refund you in full.
Note: The order cannot be reinstated if the package arrives after cancellation.
