Once you’ve paid, the seller handles shipping. Here's how the rest works:
- After payment, the seller has 5 days to ship the item and mark it as shipped
- The buyer inspects the item upon arrival
- The buyer has 3 days to then confirm delivery or report any issues with the item
- If everything checks out and delivery is confirmed, payment is released to the seller
- If the buyer takes no action, payment is released automatically after 10 days of order.
Reminders & Protections:
- On day 7, buyers get a reminder if the item hasn't been marked as shipped
- By day 9, if there's no tracking and the item hasn't arrived, buyers can cancel the order before seller payout is made.
This process protects both the buyer and seller throughout the transaction.
