Got a coupon code/promotional discount? You can apply your code directly on the checkout page after winning a bid from an auction.
How to Find the Checkout Page & Apply Your Code:
Once an auction ends and you have at least 1 winning bid, you will be automatically redirected to the checkout page displaying the items you’ve won.
On the checkout page, look for the Apply Coupon field, enter your code, and click apply to see your updated total before completing the payment.
Need to Complete Checkout Later?
If your card balance is insufficient or you need to update your payment method, you can easily return to the checkout page at any time:
Go to your Orders tab or click on your Cart icon, which will display a number indicating that you have a pending order.
Click on the Unpaid tab to see your pending orders.
Click on the Proceed to checkout button, and it will route you directly to the checkout page where you can apply your coupon code.
Important Note: Please be sure to apply your coupon code before completing checkout, as codes cannot be added retroactively once an order is paid for.
