All bids on BidZoo are binding, which means once you win an item, you are required to complete payment and cannot cancel or retract your bid.
After the auction ends, go to your cart, select the items you want to pay for, choose your shipping address and payment method, and complete checkout. You can pay for multiple items together or check out separately if using different shipping addresses or payment methods.
Payment must be completed within 3 hours of winning. If payment is not completed, we will attempt to charge the payment method on file after 3 hours. If the charge fails, you will be notified by email and have 1 additional hour to update your payment method and complete checkout. If payment is still not completed, the item will be canceled.
If 2 or more items are canceled due to non payment, your account will be disabled. This policy helps ensure a fair and reliable auction experience.
