1. Shipping Requirements
Sellers must ship orders within 7 days of confirmation and provide a valid tracking number.
Multiple items bought together in one order can share one tracking number.
Separate unique orders must each have their own tracking number, even if another order is from the same buyer address. Tracking numbers can not be re-used or used twice when marking as shipped for different orders.
2. Marking an Order as Shipped
When uploading tracking information, our system automatically validates it with the carrier:
Invalid or duplicate tracking numbers will be rejected.
Once validated, the order status updates to Shipped.
You can edit typos, but the new tracking number will go through the same validation process.
3. Failure to Ship
Fulfillment delays impact the community. If an order isn't shipped within 7 days:
The order is automatically cancelled, and the buyer is fully refunded.
A shipment failure is recorded on your account history.
Note: To ensure a great buyer experience, sellers who fail to fulfill an order on two separate occasions will have their selling access removed.
4. Seller Payouts
Your payout is automatically scheduled as soon as:
The buyer clicks Confirm Delivery, or
3 days pass after the delivery date with no buyer disputes raised.
At that point, the order moves directly into the Payout Scheduled queue.
5. Shipping Issues
Sellers are responsible for safe transit. This includes working directly with the courier if a package is delayed or lost, and filing carrier insurance claims when necessary. BidZoo does not cover seller shipping losses or courier costs.
6. Tracking Information Retention
Tracking details and histories are stored for 30 days post-delivery. After 30 days, tracking links are removed from order pages to keep the platform clean and organized.
