Creating a listing on BidZoo is quick and simple. Follow the steps below to get started.
1. Create Your Listing
Once you’ve activated your seller account, you can create a listing to sell on the site!
- To navigate to the right place from the main menu, click Sell or choose Create Listing from the account drop down menu.
2. Auction Info & Type
- First select the category that best fits your item.
- Choose an available auction date based on the item you’re listing.
- Provide an estimated price range for your listing (enter link to estimate price for the words “estimated price range”)
Auction Type
Choose if you’d like to sell your item as reserve or absolute.
- Reserve – The item will not sell unless the reserve price is met. You must enter your reserve price.
- Absolute – The item will sell once any bid is made. Items valued under $20 will automatically be listed as absolute.
3. Upload Photos & Video

- Up to 19 images allowed
- Accepted formats: JPG, WEBP, GIF, PNG
- Maximum size: 10MB per image
- Minimum size: 100KB
- You may drag and drop files or upload from your device.
Embed a YouTube Video (optional)
Paste a valid YouTube embed link to display video footage of your item on the listing.
To find the YouTube embed link, open the video and select Share, then select Embed. A box will appear with the full embed code. Inside that code, look for the URL inside the quotation marks after src= which will look like https://www.youtube.com/embed/VIDEOID. Copy only that link.
4. Add Item Details
Fill in all required and optional item details, which may include:
- Listing Title
- Item Description
- Product Type: Sealed or Singles
- Graded
- Language
The more information is filled in, the more likely your listing will get found in buyer searches.
5. Shipping Details
Select your Shipping Profile to define the listing’s shipping cost. (insert shipping profile article)
Once all of these sections are filled in, you can publish your listing!
